IN THE MATTER OF THE MEMORANDUM OF THE LAW DEPARTMENT
RELATIVE TO THE CERTIFICATES OF CANDIDACY
FOR THE POSITIONS OF PRESIDENT, VICE-PRESIDENT AND SENATOR
IN CONNECTION WITH THE MAY 10, 2004 ELECTIONS

Promulgated: 17 January 2004

This pertains to the Memorandum of the Law Department dated 11 January 2004, relative to the Certificates of Candidacy for the positions of President, Vice-President and Senator which were filed before the Law Department.

The Memorandum reads:

“In compliance with Resolution No. 6453 dated December 10, 2003, the Law Department respectfully submits for due consideration by the Honorable Commission, its study and recommendation on the certificates of candidacy of persons vying for Presidency, Vice-Presidency and the Senate.
